We work with diverse, prestigious clients across a range of sectors and geographies, giving you the opportunity to constantly update and grow your skills for lifelong professional development.
Our national payroll team supports our clients to better run their payroll functions and to ensure they are compliant with UK payroll and pension legislation. Our successful team of more than 50 professionals is growing across all areas and each year we recruit a cohort of trainees to train and mentor through the beginning of their payroll career.
In this role, you will be enrolled into a 15-18 month Payroll Apprenticeship programme with an external learning provider. This is fully paid for by Forvis Mazars and you will achieve a Level 3 Payroll Administrator qualification by the end of the programme. You will be 1 of 4 trainees and will spend time learning within your group, as well as on-the-job training within an assigned team. Around 6 months into your journey, you will begin to receive a small assignment of client payrolls to develop your client relationship skills and independently manage a portfolio. No experience of payroll or pension is required, but some experience of providing good customer service is desirable. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will become a Payroll Administrator within our payroll services team. You can be based from Birmingham or Manchester and you must attend the office in-person a minimum of 2 days per week.
