Are curious about how businesses operate and how tax influences financial performance, reporting and decision-making.

Can communicate clearly, build strong relationships and explain complex information in a practical, easy-to-understand way.

Are interested in how technology is changing tax, including data analytics, automation, digital reporting and AI-powered tools.

Are adaptable, motivated to learn and ready to study towards a professional qualification alongside your day-to-day role.

What you'll work on

You'll work on Tax Reporting, helping businesses understand, calculate and report their tax obligations accurately, meet tax requirements and clearly report tax in their financial statements.

Prepare corporation tax computations, tax returns and supporting schedules using client financial information.

Analyse accounts, financial statements and tax data to understand how a client's business operates and identify key tax reporting requirements.

Use tax software, spreadsheets and digital tools to organise data, check accuracy, spot issues and support efficient reporting processes.

Research changes in UK tax legislation and help summarise what they mean for clients in a clear, practical and commercially focused way.

Support client communications by gathering information, responding to queries and contributing to reports, emails and meeting preparation.

Work with specialists across tax, audit and advisory teams to understand wider client issues and contribute to joined-up solutions.

Take on increasing responsibility as you progress, moving from supporting compliance work to managing tasks, building client relationships and contributing to advisory projects.

Your development and benefits

You do not need to be a tax expert before you join. We'll help you build your knowledge through professional study, practical client work and day-to-day support from your team.

Develop technical knowledge through funded ACA/CTA study, structured training and study leave.

Build digital confidence by learning how tax technology, data and automation support modern client work.

Learn in a supportive team, with access to a buddy, mentor and colleagues who will help you settle in. Put your learning into practice through real client work and see how your contribution supports clear and valuable outcomes.

You will benefit from balanced study and client work with structured support, regular check-ins and practical guidance.
