As part of the Global Employer Solutions team you will work within employment tax, global mobility, immigration, and equity reward disciplines to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end solutions for employers and their mobile employees.
Roles & Responsibilities (3‑Year Graduate Programme)
- Advising on employment tax compliance, risk management and structuring of employee remuneration and benefits (including PAYE, NIC and NMW).
- Supporting the deployment of talent across borders: assignment planning, cost projections and management of short‑term business visitors.
- Providing operational and strategic support for visa applications, sponsorship and global immigration compliance to enable smooth international hiring and movement.
- Designing and implementing share plans and equity‑based incentives, focusing on tax efficiency, regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.
First Two Years – On‑the‑Job Experience
- Attend client meetings, engage with a broad range of industries and countries.
- Collect and request relevant client information globally, building relationships.
- Research UK tax legislation, case law and contribute to developing client solutions.
- Deliver internal and external presentations; draft articles for the Forvis Mazars website and third‑party publications.
- Collaborate with colleagues across services, offices and countries.
- Learn and apply tax software and systems.
Final Year – Advanced Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of advisory engagements covering UK tax technologies and technical areas.
- Develop strong knowledge of UK tax legislation.
- Coach and lead more junior team members on engagements.
- Understand operation of corporate entities across multiple sectors; manage engagements—including planning, budgeting and project management.
- Develop relationships with clients to secure repeat engagements.
- Apply control and risk management procedures; continue development through blended learning.
