What You Will Do
- Support client engagements throughout the project life cycle, assisting with planning, execution, and delivery of solutions.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing loan and guarantee documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Respond to client requests and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of accuracy and service.
- Use financial and bank systems to process transactions and support client operations.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Perform data quality assessments and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with client onboarding and implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of banking regulations, trade finance practices, and documentation standards (including guarantees/SBLCs and related rules).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation, including KYC and legal agreements.
- Deliver high‑quality work within established deadlines and support team members as needed.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills in all aspects of work.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years or more of relevant experience.
- BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with top US or international investment banks, either in consulting roles (Big 4/Big 4 equivalent) or directly within financial institutions.
- Hands‑on experience with trade finance operations, including guarantees, SBLCs, and related documentation standards (UCP600, ISP98, URDG758).
- Working knowledge of capital markets products, operational processes, and banking regulations.
