About the team
There are currently Manager opportunities arising as part ofourcontinued expansion of the Londoncorporatetaxadvisoryteam and national transaction taxes team.Ourteamis building on years of continued growth, having achieved three years of double-digit growth year on year,witha specific focus for recruiting the rightindividualstosupportourlargecorporateclients.
About the role
- Leading on the provision oftaxadvisoryservices toourclients,withresponsibilities for successfully delivering complex tax advisory assignments;
- Beingthe main day to day point of contact on a portfolio of tax advisory clients and on specific assignments.
- Responsible for all engagement aspects, including negotiating scopes, agreeing fees, delivery of high quality advice to client deadlines and ensuring appropriate risk management;
- Co-ordination and project management of multiple teams, across both the core discipline ofcorporate tax, but also including teams of specialists across different service lines as well as global teams through theForvis Mazars global network.
What we are looking for
- Holds relevant professional qualification such as ACA or CTA (or equivalent).
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading teams on complex assignments.
- Demonstrates broad and strong technicaltax knowledgeandexperience, with at least 3 years of relevant UK tax experience, mainly in the corporate space.
- Able to build good relationshipswith both clients and members of theteam.
