About the team
To take a leading role in growing the Global Mobility practice with particular focus in London and the South East.
- Assisting in winning work by proactively managing existingclientsand contribute to winning newclients.
- Building strong relationships with clients and targets in the region
- Extensive networking with colleagues in the wider tax teams
- Working ontendersand delivering proposals.
About the role
Tomanageall day-to-day aspects of aclientportfolio, this will include the following:
- Conducting arrival and departure meetingswithinternationalassignees.
- Reviewing UKtaxreturns and dealingwithany queries arising.
- Managingmodifiedexpatriatepayrolls, gross upcalculationsand the year-end process.
- Strong Financialmanagement.
- Build and maintainrelationshipswithclientsand provide a high level ofclientservice.
- Manageand coach junior members of theteamto ensure a high standard ofclientdelivery.
- To be the primary contact point for both the corporateclientsand theindividualexpatriates.
- Managethe successfuldeliveryoftaxprojects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/businessdrivenapproach.
- Manageriskappropriatelyfor bothclientsand the firm.
- Deliveradvisorywork on yourportfolioand assist more senior members of theteamwithspecificadvisoryprojects.
What we are looking for
- ATT or CTA qualified
- Extensive relevantexpatriatetax/globalmobilityexperience.
- Experienceof managingexpatriatetaxprogramswitha track record of high-qualitydelivery.
- Strong practical knowledge of current GMadvisoryissues including SRT, SocialSecurityand PWDpost Brexit, Doubletaxtreaties, NRDs, modified payroll, remote workers, PAYEobligations.
