The Global Network PMO coordinates industry sector and service line committees for the Forvis Mazars Global Network’s Go-to-Market initiative. This role facilitates meetings, tracks project progress, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures alignment of project plans. By efficiently organizing resources and tasks, the PMO Lead supports timely delivery of strategic cross-border business development initiatives in order to grow cross-border business within the Global Network.

What we are looking for:

  • Coordinate internal status meetings, including Executive Committee sessions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and requirements and ensure documentation is aligned with project progress.
  • Produce and distribute monthly status reports, confirming receipt for all assigned projects.
  • Identify client and prospect billings from client relationship management tools to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Motivate and guide committees to complete tasks according to schedule, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Manage multiple detailed tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with committees and other stakeholders through clear communication, working sessions, and regular status updates.
  • Lead and schedule project resources effectively.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with the team to address roadblocks.
  • Collaborate across member firm functional departments when necessary.
  • Maintain clear project documentation.
  • Have direct interaction with senior leaders from both member firms.
