The Head of Innovation is a senior leader responsible for driving the innovation agenda at Forvis Mazars in the UK. This includes shaping the approach, identifying business opportunities and ensuring innovation delivers measurable value across our service lines. This role champions experimentation, emerging technologies, and intelligence-led decision making to enhance the experience of our people and our clients. The position is pivotal in maintaining and developing our innovation culture and aligning it with firmwide strategic objectives. The role will work with senior leadership in the UK firm as well as alongside global transformation colleagues on specific projects to deliver measurable outcomes. The role will include budgetary responsibility and reporting on the performance of the function.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who builds relationships by taking time to understand key stakeholders and the needs of their clients and takes the appropriate action to support the strategic goals of the firm.
- Proficient in the use of productivity tools, with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools, and ideally strong understanding of Miro, Figma, Azure DevOps and other tools used in design.
- Experienced with client engagements and the ability to solve problems with clients evidenced through successful projects at scale with clients.
- Curiosity around technology which is evidenced through a wide understanding of the technology space and the broader principles which are used.
- The ability to generate insight through systems and tools and provide detailed insights and reporting for those at a senior level.
