To provide seamless, effective and proactive administrative support to our Private Client service line that in turn provides impartial, tailored financial planning, wealth management and tax advice to: Individuals; Business Owner Managers and Trustees - Private and Charitable.
About The Role
- Attend client meetings and prepare client documentation, including Initial Meeting Records, Annual Review Reports and Advice Reports.
- Support Financial Planners through research, analysis and technical financial planning work.
- Liaise with providers and third parties to progress client cases efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality financial planning service and achievement of team objectives.
What are we looking for?
- You will have made progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, having already passed at least couple of examinations. You will be committed to continuing your professional development with the aspiration of achieving Diploma status. Ongoing study support and development opportunities will be provided by the firm.
- Critical to the role are a high level of literacy and numeracy, both written and verbal.
- A ‘solution' mindset and adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
