Job Purpose
The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion. They provide essential support to internal teams and external stakeholders, manage event logistics, and maintain detailed schedules and communications. The Events Coordinator is expected to deliver exceptional client service, uphold brand standards, and create memorable experiences in all aspects of their role.
Job Role
- Take ownership of the development, production and delivery of event projects from proposal right up to delivery.
- Plan and deliver high quality events, keeping to strict deadlines.
- Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project.
- Communicate, maintain and develop stakeholder and supplier relationships.
- Assist with administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
- Travel to site visits and assist with on the day project management.
- Take concise event briefs and advise the business of best practice.
- Maintain and take responsibility for event budgets.
- Produce detailed proposals for events.
- Research, secure and book suitable venues or locations.
- Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure smooth delivery.
- Dismantle and remove the event and clear the venue efficiently.
- Liaise with venues and suppliers to ensure all final details are met.
- Send invitations, monitor attendance, and update venues.
- Process invoices and keep accurate cost records for reporting.

- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong team player who works collaboratively.
- Flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
