What You'll Do:
- Manage all day-to-day aspects of a client portfolio, including leading complex functional analysis interviews and demonstrating pro-active listening to challenge, identify and capture entity contributions to risk management and intangibles DEMPE.
- Anticipate the range of possible TP solutions to scenarios and work with your team to persuasively apply transfer pricing principles to the facts.
- Lead the management and improvement of overall profit through effective use of technology, pricing and efficient resource management.
- Successfully manage transfer pricing projects from business development to delivery.
- Actively and successfully manage and upskill the junior members of the team.
What You'll Bring:
- Qualified at ACA, CTA or equivalent level (e.g., legal/HMRC/international) or Economist with postgraduate qualifications.
- Experience of preparing/reviewing/delivering: Transfer Pricing policy design and planning, multi-jurisdictional documentation projects, managing and leading teams for success, and Transfer Pricing controversy, dealing with APAs and MAPs.
- Ideally experienced in Thin Capitalization projects.
- Experienced at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent people management skills.
- We are particularly interested in speaking to candidates with Financial Services experience and experience in dealing with Transfer Pricing of debt.
