SPACE Magazine is a premium print publication exploring architecture, interiors, and innovation across the hospitality sector.Together, the brands offer integrated digital, print, and live-event platforms that connect design-led businesses with highly engaged, senior audiences.Role Overview We areseekingan experienced, results-driven Senior Media Sales Manager to drive advertising, sponsorship, and partnership revenue across Hotel Designs and SPACE Magazine.This is a senior, hands-on sales role focused on new business development, revenue growth, and account expansion.You will take ownership of sales targets, develop high-value client relationships, and sell integrated media solutions across digital, print, and events, working closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver commercially successful campaigns.Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Own and deliver individual and brand-level sales targets across digital, print, and event sponsorshipProactivelyidentify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with suppliers, design brands, PR agencies, and hospitality groupsDevelop tailored, multi-platform proposals that align clientobjectiveswith brand audiencesAccount Growth & Relationship Management Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, with a focus on repeat business and long-term partnershipsUpsell and cross-sell advertising, branded content, newsletters, and event sponsorshipAct as a trusted commercial contact for senior client stakeholdersLead sales for Hotel Designs\’ programme of bespoke events, including roundtables, panel discussions, and live experiencesSecure sponsorships and partnerships that deliver clear ROI for clients and revenue growth for the brandsWork closely with editorial and marketing teams to shape commerciallyviablecontent-led campaignsEnsure smooth campaign delivery and strong client satisfactionIdentifyopportunities to improve products, packages, and sales materials based on client feedbackMaintainan accuratesales pipeline and forecasting via CRMTrack performance against KPIs and revenue targetsProvide regular sales updates and insights to the PublisherIndustry Engagement Represent the brands at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunitiesBuild a strong personal network within the design, architecture, and hospitality sectorsSkills & Experience Proven success in senior B2B media sales or partnerships rolesStrongtrack recordof new business development and revenue growthExperience selling integrated media solutions across digital, print, and eventsConfident negotiator with excellent presentation and closing skillsCommercially focused, target-driven, and self-motivatedCRM and pipeline management experience (Workbooks or similar)Genuine interest in design, architecture, hospitality, and creative industriesWhat We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissionHybrid working model with flexibilityOpportunity to work with two highly respected media brandsAutonomy to drive sales performance and shape client relationshipsAccess to industry events and a strong professional networkSupportive, collaborative team environment
