As an Event Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of 2–3 major B2B events per year, along with their associated media, newsletter, and digital platforms. This is a 360° commercial role where you’ll manage the full sales cycle, key client relationships, and deliver an exceptional event experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who wants ownership, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.

  • Managing your own event revenue and achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Building a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, cold calling, and targeted campaigns
  • Running confident consultative sales calls with new and existing clients
  • Using CRM and sales processes effectively and consistently
  • Leading pre-event planning, communication, and commercial delivery
  • Attending industry events to build networks and understand market trends
  • Supporting other events across the wider portfolio as needed

You’re a driven, commercially minded sales professional who wants autonomy, ownership, and the ability to earn well above your basic salary.

  • Experienced (minimum 2 years B2B sales, preferably events, media, or subscriptions)
  • Confident on the phone and great at building rapport quickly
  • Able to manage both new business development and ongoing client accounts
  • Motivated by success, progression, and financial reward
  • Ability to run discovery calls and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Comfortable hosting virtual or in-person client meetings
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to position value-based solutions
