Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Site Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Site Manager will lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Responsibilities include supervising site teams and subcontractors, coordinating trades and logistics, and maintaining an organized and compliant site.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering fit-out, refurbishment, and/or new build projects, ideally within multiple sectors such as commercial, education, or residential.
- Strong site leadership skills, including team coordination, subcontractor management, and the ability to motivate and guide on-site personnel.
- Demonstrated capability in project planning, sequencing of works, resource allocation, and managing construction programs to meet deadlines and budgets.
