Space 2B Heard are recruiting a part-time Counselling for Depression (CFD) Clinician for 15 hrs per week. The successful applicant will be expected to provide psychotherapeutic interventions in line with the Counselling for Depression modality to clients who have been identified and assessed by the assessment team at CHCP (CHCP are the lead contract provider for Hull Talking Therapies).

CFD is a brief treatment for depression. The Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD) course is drawn from humanistic approaches to help clients access underlying feelings, make sense of them, and draw on the new meanings to make positive changes in their lives. It is a medium-term intervention with clients typically accessing up to 14 sessions per episode.
