Hull CVS are recruiting a Patient Experience Officer to join their Healthwatch team. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with members of the public and key stakeholders to ensure that the experiences of those using health care services drive meaningful improvements.
As a Patient Experience Officer you will be responsible for finding ways to engage with a diverse range of individuals and groups from within the local community and use your range of interpersonal skills to discover their feedback and experiences. Your role will also involve producing written reports of your project findings.
You will need to be able to converse with a wide range of stakeholders and have the ability to present projects, feedback and recommendations at a variety of meetings.
