Hull CVS are recruiting a full-time Charitable Programmes Lead for 35hrs a week
This role will include actively managing the delivery of Hull CVS volunteering programmes, the ongoing development of our digital volunteer systems, and the delivery of the accredited Volunteer Centre. Volunteers will be at the heart of your work and you will therefore be passionate about the role volunteers play and will want to promote the voice of the volunteer and advocate for volunteers’ needs.
The role will also be a key advisor to charities who host volunteers in the local area and support them in providing the best volunteer experience. This will encompass helping in the development of volunteer management policies and practice which reflect current best practice.
