The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to the CEO of Fortus, ensuring the CEO’s time is maximised, priorities are managed effectively, and strategic initiatives are implemented smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, arranging meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.
- Proactively anticipate scheduling needs and resolve conflicts quickly.
- Ensure all documents and information are prepared ahead of meetings.
- Serve as first point of contact, screening and prioritising communications.
- Draft, review, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Organise and prepare for internal and external meetings, including minutes and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate board meetings, leadership sessions, and client events.
- Support team communications, announcements, and CEO‑led initiatives.
