Supervisor- Planned Must have SSSTS Kent Up to £38k plus van and fuel card Our Client, a leading construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their planned works division.

In a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: * Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives * Admin tasks * Manage delivery of works to specification * Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff * Pre & post inspections of works * Health & safety & quality checks * Sign off Properties after works have been completed * Conduct Regular toolbox talks with the team * Monthly Van inspections * Ensure compliance within the company following company policies and procedures * Health and Safety compliance maintained * Allocation of maintenance tasks and ensuring tasks are getting completed effectively and efficiently. * Positive attitude towards work and to work in a growing business * Team KPIs, * Managing inventories * Lead point of contact for maintenance staff to direct to My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned works projects.

A valid SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.

This is a permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
