We are recruiting for an experienced Void Multi Trader to carry out refurbishment and maintenance works on void social housing properties across Oxfordshire. You will be working on a variety of trades to bring properties up to a re-letting standard as part of ongoing maintenance contracts.
Duties:
- General repairs and maintenance on void properties
- Carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, decorating
- Making properties ready for re-let standards
- Working across multiple properties daily
- Completing works efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Multi Trader (voids/social housing preferred)
- Competent across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, etc.)
- Own tools required
- Own van essential
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
