You will be working on void properties, carrying out refurbishment and repair works to prepare homes for new tenants. The role requires a strong all-round skillset and the ability to complete work to a high standard.
- Carpentry repairs and installations

Previous experience working as a Multi Trade Operative, ideally within social housing or property maintenance.
