Fortus recruitment are currently recruiting for an Approved Electrician on a straight perm basis working for a leading building services and facilities management company. The salary for the role is £45,000 with a company van and fuel card supplied covering East London and Essex.
Ideal Background:
- Qualified Electrician with a recognised Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as an Electrician
- At least 1 years' experience within the social housing sector is essential
- Holds current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
- ECS or CSCS card holder
- Experienced in installation, testing, fault finding, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Ability to complete inspection and testing works (2391 Inspection & Testing qualification desirable)
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices
- Comfortable working independently and managing workloads across multiple sites
- Experience mentoring or supporting apprentices would be advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills when working with residents, clients, and colleagues
- Full clean UK driving licence essential
