Profile

Our client, a contractor based in the South East, is currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their planned maintenance team.

Our client is based in South London and is carrying out internal and external planned maintenance as well as re‑cladding projects. Works delivered include kitchen and bathroom replacements, roof renewals, window and door upgrades, and cladding installation.

Projects are delivered to scattered properties as well as low and high rise tower blocks.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates.
  • Own all complaints and ensure they are dealt with promptly and effectively.
  • For longer planned works, keep the tenant updated on progress and be present if any issues arise.
  • Work with the Contract Manager to ensure the client is informed of any issues and that enquiries have been addressed.
  • Support the help‑desk with emails from sub‑contractors and clients on a daily basis.
  • Visit tenants when required.

Qualifications

Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, strong communication skills over the phone and face‑to‑face, good IT skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
