We are currently working with a number of established contractors and housing providers who are looking to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader. This is an excellent opportunity to join well-established maintenance teams delivering essential repairs within residential properties.
- Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, and general joinery.
- Kitchen repairs and installations (including basic 1st & 2nd fix work).
- Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fix repairs where possible.
- Undertaking additional multi-trade works such as basic plumbing, patch plastering and decorating.
- Responsive maintenance and repairs within occupied and void properties.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements.
- Managing workload effectively and updating jobs via mobile systems.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi Trader.
- Essential: Experience within Social Housing, MOD or similar residential environments.
- Strong carpentry skills as your core trade, with additional trade knowledge.
- Relevant qualifications desirable (NVQ/City & Guilds).
- Full UK driving licence.
