Our Client, a construction contractor, is currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their planned works division. Projects that are being delivered will be external planned maintenance projects on a 6 year contract. They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties in Kent.

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

  • Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
  • Lead the site team to the best of your ability
  • Manage delivery of works to specification
  • Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
  • Pre & post inspections of works
  • Health & safety & quality checks

My client is looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering external planned maintenance projects. A valid SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
