Fortus Recruitment are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry. We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority. My client is currently seeking experienced Fire Door Surveyors to carry out a programme of surveys across multiple sites in the South East. This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start, offering consistent work over a short-term period.
There are approximately 57 surveys to be completed within a tight timeframe, so reliability and efficiency are essential.
- Fire Door Surveys

You will be responsible for accurately assessing and recording compliance, identifying defects, and reporting findings in line with current fire safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fire door surveying and passive fire inspections
- Strong knowledge of fire door compliance and regulations
- Experience with compartmentation and fire stopping surveys
