Location: Chelmsford and Surrounding
Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £38,500 per annum plus Overtime

We are working with a Housing Association who are looking for Plumber Multi Traders based around Romford/Havering/Dagenham. The maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Plastering
- Painting
- Tiling
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- NVQ or City and Guilds Level 2 Plumber
- Unvented is desirable
- Clean DBS
- Experience within Property Maintenance
- Customer service skills
