We are currently recruiting for experienced Plumber Multis to work on ongoing social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects for an established maintenance contractor.

The role will be mainly plumbing focused, with some multi-trade work involved. Ongoing work is available for reliable workers.

Duties

  • Bathroom installations and refurbishments
  • Fitting and replacing sanitaryware
  • Radiator drops and re-hanging
  • Carrying out general plumbing installations and repairs
  • Completing minor multi-trade works where required
  • Working to set specifications and maintaining a high standard of finish
  • Working independently across multiple properties

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Plumber Multi
  • Strong plumbing background
  • Own tools required
  • Own transport essential to start
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Social housing, voids or refurbishment experience preferred
  • Asbestos Awareness required - internal training can be provided if needed
