Requirements:- A high standard of customer service
- Experience repairing/replacing subfloors and floor boarding
- Ability to conduct repairs
- Competent use of altro welding tools (for cap & cove)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
- 28 days' annual leave + Bank holidays
- Employer pension contribution of up to 11%
