Our client, a construction and fire protection specialist, is currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Manager to join their growing team. They are based in East London but operate nationally. Projects will be delivered around London and the M25. Works that they specialise in will be passive fire works for housing associations and local authorities.

Within this role, day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Writing and building processes for a robust and competent liaison team.
  • Ensuring the correct resident liaison structure is built in order to deliver cladding remediation schemes.
  • Working hand in hand with the director to build the resident liaison function.
  • Managing RLOS and building the Resident Liaison Team.
  • Being the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates.
  • Owning all complaints and ensuring that these are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner.
  • For longer planned works, keeping the tenant updated with progress and being available if there are any issues that arise.
  • Working with the Contract Manager and site team to ensure that the client is informed of any issues and that enquiries are dealt with.
  • Supporting the help-desk with emails from sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis.
  • Visiting tenants when required.
  • Carrying out condition and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Arranging and booking appointments/visits to properties.

My client is seeking someone with experience working as a Senior Resident Liaison Officer or Resident Liaison Manager, strong communication skills over the phone and face-to-face, and good IT skills. The ability to work within a team and independently is also desired.
