These works are being carried out to low and high rise tower blocks and scattered properties on a long term projectOn a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:Management of sub-contractors & direct operativesLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO’s and office staffPre & post inspections Health & safety & quality checksMy client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects.
