Fortus Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Fire Stoppers to join a long-term project working across social housing properties throughout Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable operatives seeking consistent work with the potential to move into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of fire stopping systems including batt and mastic
- Ensuring all work complies with current fire safety regulations and standards
- Working across multiple sites within the Somerset region
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fire stopping (batt and mastic essential)
- Relevant qualifications or certifications preferred
- Own tools and transport desirable due to multiple site locations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
