Site Manager - Norwich External Plan Maintenance Projects - Social Housing Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division on a ten year framwork. Projects that are being delivered will are internal and external plan maintenance projects. Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff Pre & post inspections of works Health & safety & quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required. This is a permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
