We are currently working with a leading contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a planned works programme in Hertford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RLO looking for a temp-to-perm position, working closely with residents, site teams and the client to ensure planned works are communicated effectively and delivered with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the planned works programme.
- Carry out resident visits, pre-start meetings and regular communication throughout the works.
- Explain the scope and programme of works clearly to residents.
- Arrange access and appointments with residents and ensure works can progress efficiently.
- Identify and support vulnerable residents, putting appropriate measures in place where required.
- Manage resident queries.
