Divisional Director – Main Contractor
Property Services – Planned Maintenance, Fire Safety, Decarbonisation & Cladding
Up to £130,000 + Package
My client are an established construction contractor who are currently recruiting for an Divisional Director to head up several of their largest and most exciting contracts throughout London. This role will be delivering circa £50 million PA and will consist of planned maintenance and fire safety frameworks and individual decarbonisation and re-cladding schemes.
The Role;
Within this role, you will work along side a long standing Commercial Director ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met and adhered too. You would be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting, Implementing strong H&S across the division. Your direct team will include contract managers, site managers, commercial teams & office staff. You will report directly in to the Managing Director who will support you in making division a success.
The Candidate;
The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing planned maintenance, decarbonisation and/or cladding schemes. and long term frameworks.. Experience managing and leading multiple teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations. A good knowledge of up to date legislations, P&L and strong organisational skills are also desired.
Having an ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract, as well as being able to build strong relationships with the client and your team members.
