My client are an established construction contractor who are currently recruiting for an Operations Director to head up their Fire Safety division across London & South East.
Within this role, you will work alongside a Commercial Director ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met. You would be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
Your direct team will include contract managers, supervisors & office staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing passive fire safety works (fire door installation & fire stopping works). Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations.
Having an ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract, as well as being able to build strong relationships with the client and your team members.
