This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with a background in repairs and maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector.
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, overseeing operational performance, and managing a team of approximately 15 staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the overall management and day-to-day operations of the office.
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of around 15 planners, coordinators, and administrative staff.
- Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and development plans with team members.
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
- Producing and analysing KPI reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Managing onboarding, training, and induction processes for new staff.
