Fortus Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority. My Client is looking for a Fire Alarm Engineer for a permanent position to carry out work in commercial properties covering Essex, East, South, and North London and surrounding areas.
Duties will include:
- Senior Fire Alarm engineer role (service, fault finding, callouts, small works).
- AOV service and fault finding including actuators, roof vents and dampers.
- Must be a strong fault finder on a large range of systems including large systems, able to fault find independently and find solutions to issues.
- Able to wire and understand relay wiring and wiring inputs.
- Must understand and be able to program and test cause and effects on small and large complicated systems.
Hours of work are generally 8 am to 5 pm but may vary depending on the location. Travel is paid for less than 30 minutes each way and lunch is provided.
