Repairs PlannerLocation: HuttonRate: Up to £19phContract: Temp to PermFortus Recruitment are currently working with a well-established organisation who are looking for an experienced Repairs Planner to join their team in Hutton on a temp-to-perm basis.
The role will involve coordinating and scheduling repairs, managing operative diaries and ensuring works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance worksAllocating jobs to operatives and managing diariesBooking appointments with residents and customersLiaising with operatives, subcontractors and internal teamsKeeping customers updated on repairs and appointmentsMonitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring works are progressedManaging access issues, cancellations and rebookingDealing with customer queries and escalating issues where requiredMaintaining accurate records and updating relevant systemsEnsuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales and SLAsGeneral administration and support within the repairs teamSkills & Experience: Previous experience as a Repairs Planner, Planner, Scheduler or similarExperience within social housing, property services, repairs or maintenance is desirableStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsConfident managing a busy workload and prioritising tasksGood IT and Microsoft Office skillsProactive and professional approachAbility to work well under pressureIf you are an experienced Repairs Planner looking for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Hutton, please get in touch.
