About the role:
- Residential
- HIU Servicing - Happy to carry out training to meet the requirements.
- Replace HIUs.
- Replace different setups to HIUs.
- Boiler repairs - 80kW or above.
- Pumps - Repairs/Replacement.
- Pressurisation Unit servicing - Annually.
- Plant replacement.
- Upgrades to the Plant room that may require shutdowns or invasive works.
- Replace distribution pipe section that are defective/leaking.
- Replace/repair risers pipes.
- Replace/repair communal pipes.
About you:
- Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications and experience.
- Gas safe registered.
- Plumbing and heating qualification like G3 unvented HWS.
- HIU breakdown and install experience.
- Commercial plant room repairs.
