Fortus Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Fire Door Surveyor to work across various sites throughout London. This is an ongoing opportunity carrying out fire door surveys within colleges, universities, and educational facilities across multiple locations. Sites will rotate every 1-2 weeks depending on project requirements.
Duties Include:
- Carrying out fire door inspections and surveys
- Recording defects, compliance issues, and remedial requirements
- Completing accurate survey reports and documentation
- Working in line with current fire safety regulations and standards
- Managing workloads efficiently across multiple sites
Requirements:
- Previous experience carrying out fire door surveys
- Strong knowledge of fire door compliance and regulations
- Own vehicle, tools, and fuel
- Ability to complete 40-50 surveys per day
- Good attention to detail and reporting skills
- CSCS Card preferred
Location: Various locations across London
Hours: 8-hour working days
Rate: £230 - £250 per day
