Fortus Recruitment are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry. We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority.
My Client is currently looking for a Fire Alarm Engineer for a permanent position to carry out work in commercial properties covering Essex, East, South, and North London and surrounding areas.
Duties will include:
- Senior Fire Alarm engineer role (service, fault finding, callouts, small works).
- AOV service and fault finding including actuators, roof vents and dampers.
- Must be a strong fault finder on a large range of systems, able to fault find by themselves, and find solutions to issues.
- Able to wire and understand relay wiring and wiring inputs.
- Must understand and be able to program and test cause and effects on small and large complicated systems.
Hours of work 8 am to 5 pm generally but depends where you are working. Travel paid less 30 mins each way and lunch.
