An established organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their in-house Facilities Team. This is a permanent role covering multiple sites across London and the Home Counties, offering excellent long-term career prospects, varied work and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a high-quality property portfolio. The Role: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. Diagnose and repair electrical faults and carry out general electrical maintenance. Maintain CCTV, access control and door entry systems. Complete plumbing repairs and general building maintenance. Carry out maintenance on ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Undertake carpentry, decorating and general building fabric repairs. Identify faults quickly and provide effective long-term solutions. Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations. Provide technical support and guidance within the Facilities Team. Deliver a high standard of workmanship with a right-first-time approach. What We're Looking For: Proven experience within building services, facilities management or property maintenance. Strong electrical fault-finding and repair experience. Experience maintaining CCTV, security and access control systems. Good knowledge of plumbing, ventilation and HVAC systems. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently across multiple sites. Professional, organised and customer-focused approach. Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence.
