Location: Bedfordshire
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am til 16:30pm
Salary: £37,440 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Vehicle: Company van and fuel card provided
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join our team on a permanent basis, working across Bedfordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs and void property repairs, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plastering and multi-trade repairs in occupied and void properties.
Complete reactive maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard.
Undertake void property repairs and prepare properties for re-let.
Diagnose and resolve general maintenance issues where required.
Work safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements.
Maintain professional standards when working in customers' homes.
Complete paperwork and job records accurately.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plasterer.
Strong plastering skills with experience in general property maintenance.
Experience working on reactive repairs and/or void properties.
Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Full UK driving licence. xohmjla
Good communication and customer service skills.
