Site Manager - Bath External Planned Maintenance - Social Housing Our Client, a nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their planned work division on a long term temporary position. Projects that are being delivered will are windows and doors schemes of work. Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff Pre & post inspections of works Health & safety & quality checks Complete regular snagging inspections My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects schemes of work. A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are required. This is a temporary position which will offer great development opportunities for the successful candidate.
