Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties for an established maintenance contractor in Andover and the surrounding areas.
The role will be mainly plumbing focused, with some multi-trade work involved. The successful candidate will be carrying out reactive repairs across occupied properties and will need to be comfortable working directly with residents.
DutiesCarrying out reactive plumbing repairsDiagnosing and resolving general plumbing issuesRepairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks and other sanitarywareCarrying out general plumbing installations and repairsCompleting minor multi-trade works where requiredMaking good following repairsWorking to set specifications and maintaining a high standard of finishWorking independently across multiple occupied propertiesRequirementsProven experience as a Plumber MultiStrong plumbing backgroundExperience carrying out reactive repairs and maintenanceOwn tools requiredFull UK driving licence with no more than 6 pointsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesSocial housing or occupied property experience preferredDetailsTemp-to-perm position3 months initially on a temporary basisCompany van providedFuel card providedOngoing work availableWorking across Andover and surrounding areasPlease apply if you are interested in the role or would like to find out further information.
