Fortus Recruitment Group is recruiting a Contracts Manager for a leading property services contractor in Yeovil. The role focuses on responsive repairs, voids, damp & mould, disrepair, and adaptations, overseeing a busy social housing contract and ensuring customer service while meeting KPIs.
You will manage a team of 4 Supervisors, oversee around 65 responsive repair jobs per day and 12 void properties per week, coordinate with operations and commercial teams, reduce WIP and manage.
