An established housing association is looking for a Working Supervisor Voids to join their in-house repairs and maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for a Multi Trade / Senior Tradesperson / Chargehand who is looking to step up into a supervisory position while still using their trade knowledge on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating a team of around 6 8 operatives, helping to keep void works on track and making sure properties are completed to the required standard ready for re-let.
