Fortus Recruitment Group are working with a client to appoint a Void Manager for East London.
This permanent role is responsible for managing void properties and leading the planned works division on a four-year contract, delivering schemes across tower blocks and scattered properties.
You will open 5–10 properties per week and manage subcontractors, the site team, and direct reports while ensuring works are delivered to specification with strict health and safety and quality checks.
