Our Client, a construction contractor, is currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division. Projects that are being delivered will be Kitchens and Bathrooms projects to street properties in the area, including tower blocks and scattered properties around the Basildon area.
On a day-to-day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:
- Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
- Lead the site team to the best of your ability
- Manage delivery of works to specification
- Have several direct reports to manage including RLOs and office staff
- Pre & post inspections of works
- Health & safety & quality checks
My client is looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering kitchen and bathroom schemes. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
